This Shipping Policy explains how Veevvio (“we,” “us,” or “our”) processes and ships orders placed through https://veevvio.com/. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is successfully received, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays.
Processing time is the time required to verify payment, prepare your order, complete quality checks, pack the product, and hand the package to the shipping carrier. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
During holidays, promotional events, new product launches, or periods of high order volume, processing may take longer than usual. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you using the email address or phone number provided at checkout.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the contiguous United States.
We may be unable to ship to certain addresses, including restricted areas, freight forwarding addresses, military addresses, P.O. boxes, remote areas, or locations not supported by our shipping carriers. If we cannot ship to your address, we will contact you to request an alternative address or cancel and refund the order where appropriate.
3. Shipping Rates and Methods
Shipping rates and available delivery methods are displayed at checkout before you place your order. Shipping costs may vary based on product type, order value, package weight, package dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method.
Common shipping options may include:

4. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time includes order processing time plus carrier transit time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated at checkout.
Once your order has been handed to the carrier, delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs inspections, holidays, incorrect address information, natural disasters, labor disruptions, security events, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
5. Order Cutoff Time
Orders placed after Cutoff Time and Time Zone, e.g., 12:00 PM Pacific Time may be processed on the next business day.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays, unless otherwise stated.
6. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
After your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available for your shipping method.
Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package. If your tracking information has not updated after this period, please contact us at 18813380451@163.com.
7. Shipping Delays and Backorders
We make reasonable efforts to ship orders within the timeframe stated on our website, product pages, checkout page, or order confirmation.
If we are unable to ship your order within the promised timeframe, we may notify you of the delay and provide available options, which may include waiting for the shipment, choosing an alternative product where available, or cancelling the order for a refund, as required by applicable law.
If no specific shipping timeframe is stated, we aim to ship within 30 days of your order date or otherwise contact you regarding the delay.
8. Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout, including apartment number, suite number, unit number, ZIP code, phone number, and any delivery instructions.
We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at 18813380451@163.com. We cannot guarantee that we can change the shipping address after an order has been processed or shipped.
9. Failed Delivery, Refused Packages, and Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, we may contact you to arrange reshipment.
Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment. If you choose not to have the order reshipped, we may issue a refund for the product price, minus original shipping fees, return shipping fees, handling fees, or other costs permitted by law and our Return and Refund Policy.
10. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check your mailbox, front desk, parcel locker, building reception, neighbors, household members, and local carrier office.

We are not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery, but we will try to help you work with the carrier where possible.
11. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, photos or videos of the product, photos of the packaging, and any visible carrier damage. This helps us review the issue and provide a suitable solution.
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, repair, or other solution in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.
12. Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately due to inventory availability, package size, warehouse location, or carrier requirements. If your order is split into multiple shipments, you may receive more than one tracking number.
13. Pre-Orders and Made-to-Order Products
Pre-order, customized, handmade, or made-to-order products may require additional processing time. The estimated production or shipping timeframe will be stated on the product page, checkout page, or order confirmation where applicable.
If the estimated timeframe changes, we may contact you with an updated estimate and available options.
14. Taxes, Duties, and Import Fees
For U.S. orders, applicable sales tax may be calculated and collected at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable law.
For international orders, if offered, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, VAT, GST, or other charges may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
